1. Acceptance of Terms
By using fixmyhair.co.uk (“the Site”) or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, do not use the Site or services.
2. Services Overview
We provide:
- Consultations (in-person or virtual)
- Hair Transplant Procedures (FUE/FUT)
- Aftercare Guidance All services are performed by qualified medical professionals. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18+ to book procedures.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a procedure is deemed medically unsafe for you.
4. Consultations & Bookings
- Consultations: Non-binding and subject to medical approval.
- Deposits: A £1,000 deposit secures your procedure date (non-refundable if cancelled <14 days pre-procedure).
- Rescheduling: 14+ days’ notice is required for free rescheduling.
5. Payments
- Full Payment: Due one day pre-procedure.
- Methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer.
- Refunds: No refunds once services are rendered. Cancellation fees apply (see Clause 4).
6. Medical Disclaimer
- No Medical Advice: Site content (e.g., blogs, FAQs) is informational, not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Risks: Hair transplants carry risks (e.g., infection, scarring). You acknowledge these risks during consultation.
7. Liability Limitations
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results from procedures.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for:
- Complications due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.
- Indirect/consequential damages (e.g., emotional distress).
- Third-party actions (e.g., payment processors).
- Cap on Liability: Total liability capped at fees paid for services.
8. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All Site content (text, images, logos) is our property.
- Patient Photos: Before/after photos shared with consent may be used for marketing (opt-out available).
9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site or services if you:
- Breach these Terms.
- Provide false medical information.
- Engage in abusive behaviour toward staff.
10. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints
