Yes to all three. Modern attachment methods, medical-grade adhesive bonding, hold through swimming, sport, sweating and sleeping. You shower with it. You exercise with it. You live your life with it. The only consideration: chlorine and saltwater accelerate tape degradation slightly, so regular pool swimmers typically schedule their maintenance appointment a little earlier.
Every 4–6 weeks: a reattachment appointment at any Fix My Hair clinic. The adhesive is professionally removed, the scalp cleaned, and the system repositioned and rebonded, about 90 minutes. Every 6–12 months: the system itself is replaced with a new one. In between, you wash and style it exactly like your own hair. That's it. No special products, no complicated routine.
You stop. There's no surgical commitment. No recovery. No reversal. At any point you can simply discontinue the system and return to your natural hair, exactly as it was.
