Dr Band leads hair restoration at Fix My Hair from our original clinic in Rochdale. He assesses every patient’s donor supply at consultation, designs each hairline by hand before surgery begins, and no medication is prescribed at Fix My Hair without a clinician consultation first.

How clinical review works at the Journal

Articles in the Fix My Hair Journal are drafted by our editorial team and then reviewed by Dr Band before publication. Review covers the medical claims made, the currency of the evidence behind them, and whether the guidance is safe to act on without a consultation. The “Last reviewed” date in every article’s byline is the date of his most recent review of that page — when the evidence changes, the article changes and the date moves.
