How long does it take?

Around 30 to 45 minutes, enough time to understand your hair properly and answer every question you have.

Can I bring someone?

Absolutely. Many patients bring a partner or a friend, you're very welcome to.

Is it private?

Your consultation is confidential. Where treatment is being considered, relevant information is shared securely with the clinician and healthcare provider involved in your care, and never with anyone else, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Do I need to prepare?

Just yourself. Photos of your hair loss over time are helpful, but not required, bring them only if you have them.
